Motivational, Highly Valuable, and Clear Guidance:

An eBook Review Blog Post

I just read the eBook “Stress Free Holidays: Bring Back Joy and Peace” by Rebecca Cofiño and I’m so happy to have read this book. It really is a must read book especially for moms. Women tend to plan many aspects of the family holidays so this book will help reduce stress and increase joy for women, and in turn their families, during the holidays. The tips and guidance she provides are motivational, highly valuable, and clear.

Tools and Advice:

Rebecca Cofiño includes in her eBook concrete tools and advice on how to reduce stress and increase the enjoyment of the holiday season. The “Great Holiday To Do List” is a great tool she provides to help people realize how much they do during the holidays. She spells out a process to guide a person down the path to prioritize, scale back, and slow down to live in the moment. I love that. I love her way of thinking. Oftentimes I feel the years go way too fast as my boys grow and I want to create memories to cherish, not memories of rushing through the holidays.

The book has given me some tips to actually enjoy the holidays more. She discusses the use of list making for acceptable prioritizing of tasks, meditation, and journal keeping. The eBook also touches on beneficial aspects of family involvement for holiday preparations. She provides examples of healthy eating and recipes and she shares valuable ideas on healthy habits. Her reasoning for prioritizing money, time, and resources are so beneficial.

Another topic she covers that I found valuable in the book is spirituality as it relates to Christianity. She includes advice on how to focus time and energy on spirituality during the holidays.

I especially love the focus she has on the thought to “remain present in your own life”. This is beautiful phrase I strive to live by. The holiday season often gets so busy that I forget to slow down and enjoy the moments with my family. I want to live deliberately and find peace and joy in my life. My goal is to enjoy the holiday season and look back on it with great fondness and joy. Her eBook has helped me recognize my priorities so I can focus on them.

Why You Should Read This Book:

This eBook took me just under 1 1/2 hours to read with a few short breaks so it is a quick read. I believe reading her book will help people focus. People can prioritize and scale back as she gives clear and concise guidance on how to accomplish this in her eBook. We should all read this book to enter into a more joyous holiday season by reducing stress.
