I partnered with bakerly for this post. All opinions are 100% my own in this sponsored post. Thank you bakerly for sharing your delicious brioche bread and yummy crêpes with my family! We loved them so much! We ate them quickly and my kids are begging for me to pick up more of them:)
I used the bakerly bread in two different recipes: Blueberry Spinach Cream Cheese spread and One Pan Egg Sandwich on Brioche Bread. I’ve included both recipes in this post. See below to easily print the cream cheese spread recipe.
I could eat this bread every single day it’s so good in so many different ways. We ate it with blueberry spinach cream cheese spread, with cheese or butter, as toast with jelly, or in a sandwich. I love how bakerly uses healthy ingredients in their food products. There are no artificial flavors or colors, and no high fructose corn syrup. They also use NON-GMO ingredients. Feeding my family healthy and natural food like this is important to me.

First: The One Pan Egg Sandwich on Brioche Bread
I love the soft bakerly brioche bread made from an authentic french recipe, so I used it in an easy One Pan Egg Sandwich on Brioche Bread. This sandwich is super easy and very delicious. As a vegetarian, I eat a lot of eggs. Egg sandwiches are a favorite of mine as they are a favorite to everyone in my family. This bread really makes a delicious egg sandwich. I highly recommend this combo.
As a WAHM, I love a one pan recipe for when I’m home alone working and need a quick lunch. I make the whole sandwich using a single frying pan. If my kids or husband are home too and want a sandwich, I can easily and quickly repeat using the same pan to make them each one.
How to Make the One Pan Egg Sandwich with Ingredients List
This is so easy and so amazing! I know you will love it:) What you will need:
- 2 slices brioche bread
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 egg
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese sliced thin deli-style
- salt and pepper
That’s easy and simple, right?
Simply grab a frying pan and heat one tablespoon of butter in the pan. Once the butter has melted, spread it around and place two slices of brioche bread on one side of the pan and crack the egg onto the other side of the pan. Break yoke with spatula and let it fry. Cook brioche bread slices on both sides and be sure to flip when slices just start to turn golden in color. Flip egg to cook on both sides too. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add cheddar cheese slice near the end of the egg cooking time. Add egg with the cheddar cheese slice to brioche bread slices to make a sandwich.
Ah! The Crêpes! My Boys Loved Them!
I loved handing my boys a prefilled crepe that I knew was made with healthy ingredients. I really loved how they are individually wrapped because this made them lunch box ready. Bakerly shared the caramel crunchy crêpes and the chocolate ones with us. We really loved both and had a hard time deciding our favorites because both were so tasty!
I would love to use these crêpes at a party too. Setting out a platter for kids (or adults) to easily grab one would work out perfectly. These would make a perfect breakfast too for kids in the morning after a sleepover. Often the kids want donuts after a sleepover, but these are so much healthier and they are perfect because the kids love them.
Blueberry Spinach Cream Cheese Spread
This cream cheese spread is yummy plus I love the gorgeous purple color of it. The ingredients needed for this fresh cream cheese include:
- cream cheese block
- frozen blueberries
- fresh spinach
- half & half creamer
- honey
- ground cardamon
- chia seeds
See below for instructions and to easily print this recipe.
I love adding chia seeds to recipes because they are so healthy and they act as a natural thickener. Without the chia seeds, this spread would be much more runny. If it is too runny for your, try adding more chia seeds and let it sit to thicken.
I love adding a vegetable to a recipe that seems hidden because then kids will more likely eat it. Mine didn’t even notice the spinach in this recipe (yay green vegetable success!). We also loved dipping crackers in this spread so it makes a delicious dip.
This spread is delish for breakfast, lunch, or as a snack in the afternoon with a delightful chai tea. I love my coffee in the mornings and this spread is yummy on bread or bagles in the am, but I love a chai tea in the afternoon.
Enjoy!
I hope you enjoy these recipes! My family sure did! If you try them, drop me a line, I’d love to know how it went for your family:)

I want to eat literally everything in this post! haha! It all looks so good. I love spinach, I put it in everything, and have it in my smoothie all the time but I never would have thought of adding it to a sweet cream cheese spread! Brilliant!
