It’s a struggle to keep weight off for women in their forties and beyond… that’s a fact!
I’m in my forties and still menstruating, but I know I’m approaching menopause. I saw on Instagram that women in their premenopausal state could start to have menopausal symptoms, such as the so-called menopausal belly pooch. A pouchy belly is not what I wanted. In fact, I’d been trying to lose weight, but it had become something that wasn’t as easy as it once had been for me. I’d been working out more over the past several years but still was struggling with losing weight. The trick to keep weight off for women in their forties is what I now use, and it’s Menoslim Tea. And after using the tea for a year, I feel it makes a difference. It’s worth using!

Apparently what’s going on for middle-aged women is hormonal, so you can blame mother nature, but you can take action for yourself. I suggest you try this tea. Why? Keep reading and I’ll share my experiences with you.

But I’m Still Menstruating, I Don’t Need This!
I thought that too. I really did. I didn’t want to age myself prematurely, but once I read all the accounts of women who used this tea and experienced weight loss, I knew I had to shed that thought and not let it define me. I’m still menstruating, and I don’t have tons of menopausal symptoms yet, but I did feel all I was doing to lose weight wasn’t working as well as it should have been. There was something missing to make it better. And it was this tea.
Again, you can’t not exercise. You must exercise. This isn’t a quick fix or magic pill, nor did it happen right away. It took time, but I’ve noticed if I continue to exercise and somewhat watch what I eat, and drink this tea daily, I continue to lose. It’s slow progress, but it’s real and it works.
Do I still eat treats? Occasionally, but as a part of this plan, I do reduce my sugar intake. I still drink wine as well. But I’m dwelling in the rule of everything in moderation, and it’s making a difference. I eat a bit less bread, and a few fewer carbs, but I don’t eliminate them from my diet. I do avoid sugar, but still consume it. All of these things together are proving to be a successful and manageable plan. I still enjoy pizza and the foods I like, but I don’t have to be super strict about it all. More and more I’m liking how I look. Bikini here I come!
Can Drinking a Tea Really Help Keep Weight Off for Middle-Aged Women?
Well, that’s what I wanted to find out. It sounded so simple and so doable. I thought it was a hoax, but it’s not, it makes a difference. The tea is easy to add to your morning routine. I just started having it with my coffee in the mornings, so I had two mugs in front of me instead of one. I just thought this would be way to good to be true, but I’ve found it’s not too good to be true. Instead, it’s just true!
I ordered the tea first from the main Menoslim Tea site, then found it on Amazon as a subscription, which made it even cheaper, and I began my tea-drinking journey. Along with exercise, as I mentioned above (I mainly stretch and use my treadmill speed walking while holding small barbells) and being more mindful of what I’m eating, I’ve lost weight and I get closer to my goal all the time.
I’m not at my goal yet, but I’ve been able to lose weight and reshape my body. However, if I don’t exercise, and I start consuming desserts, I will start to put weight back on. It happens very quickly, so I know I need to keep doing it.
You might still be skeptical…I was but I wanted to try
I was still curious though if this was really necessary. I mean, I’m not in menopause, why should I be using a menopausal product?
Why? Because it works! Keep weight off for women in their forties! Drink this tea!
And I’ve also read that getting your hormones balanced and your body in a certain balanced state prior to menopause can make the symptoms when menopause fully hits more tolerable. And if I can do this by simply drinking a tea, I’m so in!
The Tea–How does it taste?
There are several different flavors of the tea. I’ve tried acai and apple cinnamon. I’d say it isn’t my favorite flavor of tea, but I enjoy the benefits, and adding honey makes it taste good. I’ve also found it tastes better when it’s warm so if it cools, it doesn’t taste as good to me, so I heat it back up. But honey is a lifesaver for me, not that I have to have it, but it makes it tastier. Of course, honey has calories, but the natural benefits of honey and the yummy taste are such that I am willing to accept the calories.
I am a vegetarian, but I do consume honey. Other ideas for sweetening this tea other than using honey include a sugar substitute or brown sugar. Milk and sugar are an option as well, but these of course add more calories.
I really enjoy the tea with granola or toast, or even a Nutragrain bar.
The Tea–What’s in it?
The tea is comprised of Ginkgo Leaf which can help boost energy and enhance mood. These claims are all made on the package, along with the disclaimer that these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration in the US.
It also contains Dandelion Leaf, which can reduce bloating.
Rooibos Leaf is another ingredient in this tea and it helps the body by helping it to burn body fat. Yay!
Licorice Root helps reduce hot flashes and night sweats. I’ve had a few times of the night sweats but I definitely notice it way less once I started the Menoslim Tea.
Black Cohosh Root is another component of this tea and it helps decrease hot flashes and enhances mood.
Cardamon Seed Pods promotes metabolism and helps burn body fat.
Matcha Green Tea Leaf helps stop the body from storing excess body fat.
I love how all the ingredients are natural. I feel safe using this tea for that very reason. I’d prefer to not take medications or another pill supplement, so this tea is the perfect solution for me right now.
Other Things I’ve Learned to Help My Body Before Menopause
I’ve also learned that body fat stores estrogen in us and can reduce our libido. I definitely don’t want those nasty side effects of menopause so I’m doing what I can to prevent such things. So there are even more benefits of weight loss than weight loss itself. Let’s get rid of fat!
I never knew that a tea could make such a difference in how I feel and how my body progress through natural aging. Exercise is also a key component in how I feel and boosts my libido as well. Being healthy isn’t just about weight loss, it’s about feeling as good as you can and having more energy. I feel better and have more energy when I use the tea and exercise. I’d suggest you do both.
