Baked Brie
Equipment
- 1 baking dish
- 1 knife
Ingredients
- 8 ounces brie cheese
- 1/3 cup fig jam or other jam
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries, infused with blueberries
- 1/4 cup candied maple pecans Sahale Snacks Maple Pecans Glazed Mix with walnuts, apples, cherries, & Cinnamon
- 2 rosemary sprigs remove leaves from 2 sprigs of rosemary leaves
Instructions
- Remove top rind from Brie with a knife. Place in baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Top with jam, dried cranberries, candied glazed pecan mix, and fresh rosemary leaves. Serve warm.
