Ingredients Needed to Make Christmas Wands, Chocolate Covered Pretzel Rods
There are only 4 ingredients needed to make this holiday treat.
- milk chocolate chips

I found the Wilton gold stars in the store, but they are also sold online.
I used the gold sanding sugar from this pack. It’s like edible glitter!
Instruction for Chocolate Covered Pretzel Rods: Glittery Wands
Simply melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave according to the package instructions until fully melted. Roll or dip pretzel rods in melted chocolate, use a spoon to help cover the pretzel in chocolate and tap or scrape off the excess chocolate. Lay the pretzel rod wands on the parchment paper. Sprinkle them with the gold dusting sugar sprinkles and gold stars. Allow to air dry on the counter at room temperature. Serve once the chocolate has hardened.
Store in a sealed container. Best enjoyed within a few days of making.
These are quick to make which is perfect for a party when other recipes and dishes are more involved.
Serve as a snack after school or anytime during the holiday season. A fun treat for the dessert table at Christmas or New Year’s Eve.
