Low Carb Party Trays with Veggies and Queso Dip
I adore queso dip with tortilla chips, but sometimes I just want a more healthy option with fewer carbs. When I desire the taste of queso dip but I want something healthier, I make low carb party trays with veggies to dip in the queso. This way I get to enjoy the yumminess of queso, but with fewer carbs and fewer calories. It’s a win-win. This is a great tray to set out at football parties or any parties.   1. Add 16 ounces of Velvetta cheese, cut into chunks, and one 10 ounce can of tomatoes and chilies to a microwaveable bowl, and microwave for 4 minutes. Stir well until cheese fully melts and chunks are stirred in.
