Add this to your table and your kids will gobble them up. They deliver a gorgeous color red using cherry or raspberry Jello, but any flavor Jello could be used to add a variety of colors. I love making these eggs at Easter and my boys look forward to Jello eggs each year. With yogurt added in, these eggs add protein and calcium to Easter plates. Plus they are fun to eat!

To make the Yogurt Jello® Easter Eggs you will need only four ingredients, a pot, a butter knife, and an egg mold. I used the Jello Jigglers Egg Mold by Kraft to make the eggs. I have also seen egg molds at Micheal’s for just under $10.00. The ingredient list includes the following ingredients:
- Jello® packet 6 oz, I’ve used raspberry and cherry but any flavor works
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
An Easy Dish to Add to the Easter Spread
This is a festive, fun easy addition to your Easter table the kids and adults will enjoy. Making a huge holiday spread takes so much time and effort, so it’s fantastic to have an easy dish to add that also delivers color to the table like these eggs. You could make several rounds of them in the days prior to Easter to add multiple colors to your table.
Storage of the Eggs
Store these eggs in the fridge in a covered container to prevent them from drying out. To make multiple colors of these eggs purchase several flavors of Jello packets and make over three days. These eggs last in the fridge for about four or more days so prep time can be done in the days coming up to Easter freeing your time on the day of Easter for more complicated dishes.
I hope you enjoy this recipe! My kids adore it!
