Watermelon infused water with cucumber and mint leaves is a refreshing and delicious treat which is so easy and simple to make. Enjoy a healthy lightly flavored water that is flavored naturally by soaking fruits, vegetables, and herbs in it for a minimum of two hours time.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 wedges watermelon cut as needed to fit into mouth of pitcher
  • 4 spears cucumber
  • 2 mint leaves sprigs large with stem still attached
  • 1 water fill pitcher of water about 2/3 full to allow room for fruits, vegetables, mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Cut watermelon wedges, cucumber spears, and mint sprigs to a pitcher of water (about 2/3 of the way full with water). Any amount of water works.
  • Allow water to be infused with the vegetables, fruits, and herbs for a minimum of two hours at room temperature. Cover as needed. Refridgerate remaining infused water. Enjoy!
