Cinnamon Delicata Squash Recipe Made in an Air Fryer

This Cinnamon Delicata Squash Recipe Made in an Air Fryer is so amazingly good and even more amazingly easy to make. It's a healthy and quick recipe using an air fryer. This little squash is perfect for fall, Thanksgiving, or as a winter vegetable side dish. It takes only 4 ingredients to make this veggie but the results are phenomenal. This is the best squash recipe and you will not be disappointed.

  • 1 delicata squash peeled, sliced, seeds removed
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon ground
  • 1 Tablespoon honey mustard


  • Peel a delicata squash with a vegetable peeler.

  • Pour 1/2 tsp. of olive oil into a bowl. Brush both halves with olive oil.
  • Spray a ceramic baking dish with cooking spray. Lay each squash half in the dish. Sprinkle each half with 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon (1/4 tsp. total cinnamon needed).
  • Cook in an air fryer for 13-16 minutes at 360 degrees until soft. Drizzle each half with about 1/2 Tbsp. honey mustard prior to serving (1 Tbsp. total honey mustard needed). Serrve immediately.
