- 3 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon basil leaves, dried
- 1 tablespoon oregano leaves, dried
- 1 tablespoon dried chives
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 tablespoon dried onions
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 egg
Combine all the herbs and spices in a medium sized bowl with the bread crumbs and stir well.
Scramble one egg in another bowl. Dip each chicken breast in egg. Turn it over to coat it on all sides.
Drag each chicken breast through the breadcrumb mixture to fully coat it.
Grease the 9x13 inch baking dish with olive oil
Lay each chicken breast in the dish.
Pile the extra bread crumbs on top of the chicken breasts.
Cook at 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees per a meat thermometer.
