Baked Zingy Mustard Triscuits with Spinach Dip
Need a new idea for a tasty appetizer? An idea struck me recently, I wanted to try and flavor TriscuitsĀ®. I love love love Triscuits. Triscuits are truly one of my favorite crackers that are delicious already, however, I wanted to try seasoning them for a tasty appetizer. The result was so delicious! - 8 Tablespoons butter melted
- 1/3 cup spicy brown mustard
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 Triscuits, 12.5 ounce family size box
- 1 spinach dip I bought prepared spinach dip.
Mix all ingredients together: 8 Tbsp. butter, 1/3 c. spicy brown mustard, 1 tsp. seasoned salt, 1/4 tsp. onion powder, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, & 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. Stir well to mix.
Dump Triscuits into a large bowl. Pour mixture over Triscuits. Stir well to coat crackers.
Bake at 250 degrees for 1 1/2 hours stirring crackers every 15 minutes.
Let Triscuits cool. Spread spinach dip across each Triscuit (or place crackers on a platter with a bowl of spinach dip for dipping).
