Blueberry Spinach Cream Cheese Spread on Brioche Bread
Blueberry Spinach Cream Cheese Bread and Authentic brioche soft bread by bakerly is a super delicious combo! I love the light sweet flavor, soft texture, and golden color. My family spread Blueberry Spinach Cream Cheese Spread on the brioche bread and it was so delicious! I also used it to make a one pan egg sandwich which was super tasty. Their prefilled crepes are super good and a healhty convenient food.

Instructions
Add 8 ounces cream cheese cut into chunks to a food processor. Add 1/2 c. frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves with stems removed--layer leaves to fill up cup, 2 Tbsp. half and half creamer, 2 tsp. honey, 1 tsp. chia seeds, and 1 tsp. ground cardamon. Blend for 1 minutes until fully blended.
Let spread sit in the fridge for about 2 1/2 hours to allow chia seeds to thicken the spread. Eat spread on brioche bread, bagels, or other breads.
Notes
Eat this recipe the same day it was made fresh as a spread over brioche bread or as a dip for crackers. My boys said this spread tastes like yogurt and it is so yummy!
